FOURTH PARADIGM Raises $1.3B+ in Shr Placement with Infini Capital at ~9% Discount
2025-07-17 08:29:27 FOURTH PARADIGM (06682.HK) announced the signing of a subscription agreement with Infini Capital Management's Infini Global Master Fund, for the placement and issuance of 25.9 million new shares, representing approximately 8.07% of its enlarged issued H shares and approximately 4.98% of its total share capital. The subscription price is $50.5 per share, an about 8.93% discount to yesterday's (16th) closing price of $55.45, raising a total of approximately $1.308 billion, with net proceeds of approximately $1.306 billion.
