2025-07-16 11:06:13 The U.S. government greenlighted the export license of NVIDIA's (NVDA.US) H20 chips to China, Cinda Securities mentioned in its report, while NVIDIA will also release the RTX PRO GPU. NVIDIA's founder and CEO, Jensen Huang, stated that: 1) the company is submitting an application to the U.S. to resume sales of H20 GPUs to China, and the U.S. clearly assured that a license will be granted. Thus, NVIDIA hopes to begin deliveries as soon as possible; and 2) NVIDIA will also release a new fully compliant RTX PRO GPU, designed for computer graphics, digital twins, and AI. The broker noted that the lifting of the three-month restriction on H20 exports to China bodes well for domestic AI foundation model training and inference. The H20 chip is an AI accelerator specifically launched by NVIDIA for the Chinese market to comply with previous U.S. export control policies. Based on the Hopper architecture, it is a simplified version of the H100. ~ AASTOCKS Financial News Website: www.aastocks.com |
