Hang Seng Bank Launches 'e-Passbook' Service
2026-04-09 13:00:00 Hang Seng Bank launched the e-Passbook service. Customers holding passbooks can use a physical e-Passbook card. After binding the card to their mobile phone at a branch, they can tap the card via the phone's NFC function to view two years of passbook transaction records on their mobile device, and may request transaction records of up to seven years. The service cannot be used for fund transfers. The binding procedure at Hang Seng Bank branches is expected to be completed within 10 minutes.
