2025-12-31 10:54:47 TOJOY Shared Smart, a Chinese enterprise resource sharing platform, has submitted a listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. According to TOJOY Shared Smart's preliminary prospectus, former Hong Kong Financial Secretary John Tsang joined the board in August 2025 as a non-executive director, marking his first-ever role as a director of a listed company. In addition, Ng Yi Kum was appointed last month as TOJOY Shared Smart's independent non-executive director.
