Foreign news agency indicated that KERRY PPT (00683) is now planning to issue US$300 mln - US$400 mln five-year bonds, which may have yield beating the US treasury yield by 462.5 bps. Morgan Stanley, HSBC and Mizuho are the joint bookrunners. (k)
