The Japanese pinball machine company Dynam (06889) announced that it planned to sell 112 million shares, of which 90% will be for international placement, and 10% for public offerings; offer price will range between $14-$16, at lot size of 200 shares, or admission fee of $3232.26. The public offering will start tomorrow (24 July) and end on 27 July noon; Piper Jaffray Asia and Shenyin Wanguo were appointed as co-sponsors. (r)
