CHEN HSONG HOLD (00057) announced that for the year ended 31 March 2012, turnover dropped 24.2% to HK$1.84 billion; gross profit fell 32.2% to HK$440 million; net profit declined 53.3% to HK$160 million, with EPS of 25.5 cents. A final dividend of HK8 cents was declared as opposed to a dividend of HK19 cents for the year-ago period.

As at 31 March 2012, cash and bank balances decreased by HK$45 million to HK$900 million. (t)
